- During busy seasons (November and December), dispatch may take up to 7 working days.
- All orders are securely packaged with double-walled protection to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping:
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48h Tracked. Please note that occasional delays within postal services may occur.

Returns Policy:
Due to the personalized nature of this product, returns are not accepted. However, if the issue is due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item and dispatch it within 7 working days.
